Western Kentucky Orthopedics Associates
WKOA will be a multi-story, 73,000 SF building at Natchez Trace inside the Mount Victor Olde Town mixed-use development. This exciting new facility is visible from I-65 on Lovers Lane in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
 
Nation’s Medicines
Nation's Medicines was the dream of local businessman Steve Sheldon who has had a well-known and established pharmacy in the Bowling Green area for many years. This spectacular two-story 20,000 SF building is located on Fairview Ave across the street from Cambridge Square and is the new home for Nation's Medicines Pharmacy as well as other local businesses.
 
EAGLESTONE VILLAS
Eaglestone Villas is an EPCON Community developed by Brigadier Development. This 15.93 acre site has 23 buildings with 80 units located on Crossings Blvd. in the Crossings at Cave Mill Residential Subdivision. Eaglestone Villas are two to four unit Residential Condominiums which range in size from 1200 to 1800 SF with a two car attached garage per unit.
 
CITY OF BOWLING SIDEWALK PROJECT
When new sidewalks were badly needed in several areas of Bowling Green, the City looked to Landmark Engineering, Inc. to help them with the Surveying and Engineering design. We are providing the City with a comprehensive set of Construction Plans which will include detailed Drainage Design, Street Pedestrian Crossings Analysis and Design. Landmark Engineering, Inc. and the City are working to make Bowling Green a more pedestrian friendly city. This project covers 9 areas throughout BG with the design of over 16,000 linear feet of sidewalk.
