Landmark Engineering, Inc. is a professional Civil Engineering and Land Surveying Company located minutes from the Western Kentucky University campus just off Russellville Road at 183 St. Charles Street, in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

History:
Landmark Engineering, Inc. was officially founded October 1, 2004 by Thaddaeus J. Lucas, PE, PLS. Thad was able to purchase an existing company by the name of Petty & Associates, Inc. which had been in business in the Bowling Green area since 1985. Thad originally worked for Petty and Associates from 1999 to January 2002. In 2002, Thad became a partner of
Petty & Associates DBA Landmark Engineering, Inc. In December 2003, Thad
bought out his partner and closed Petty & Associates DBA Landmark Engineering, Inc. in October 2004 and started Landmark Engineering, Inc.
In December 2006, Landmark Engineering, Inc. acquired Van Meter Engineering, Inc., another local engineering and land surveying company. Van Meter Engineering, Inc. had been in business for 24 years. Shane Van Meter, owner of Van Meter Engineering, Inc. joined the staff of Landmark Engineering, Inc. on January 1, 2007 along with some of his former employees. Shane's experience and knowledge has been an invaluable addition to Landmark Engineering, Inc.
Landmark Engineering, Inc. has a combined 50 years experience in Civil Engineering and Land Surveying. Thad and his team of professionals and technical staff have worked very hard over the years to become one of The Premiere Civil Engineering and Land Surveying Companies in South Central Kentucky.
